CHATPATI ALOO TIKKI

Boiled 
aloo 3-4
Green chillies 3-4
Bread slice   3
Boiled moong daal 1 cup
Salt according to your taste 
Red chilli powder 
Curd 
Meethi chatney
Bhuna jeera
Chat masala
Method
Sabse pahle boiled aloo ko achche se mash kar lein . Usme 2 bread ko tod kar mix kar lein.  Moong ki dhuli daal ko 2 hours ke liye bhigo dein . Ab daal ko cooker mein salt daalkar thoda pani daalkar boil kar lein . Kadahi mein thoda sa oil daalkar jeera daalein phir boiled daal daalkar achche se bhun lein isme sab masale green chilli , red chilli powder , amchoor powder daalkar achche se bhun lein paani bilkul na rahe . Ab mashed potatoes thoda sa haath mein lekar usme ye masala bharkar tikki bana lein . 

Ab nonstick tave par oil daalkar tikki rakhein sim gas par dono side se achche se sek lein.
Ab Tikki ko ek plate mei rakhkar uske ooper dahi daalein phir Meethe chatney daalein chaat masala mirch powder aur bhuna jeera daalkar garam garam serve karen
